Join us for an opportunity to see some of the very latest platinum prints created as part of the ongoing digital conservation of the Everest negative collection. Included in the evening will be a tour of the exhibition and the opportunity to see platinum prints created direct from the negatives of the 1921, 1922 and 1953 Mount Everest expeditions. The evening will be led by exhibition curator Jamie Owen.

This exhibition will commemorate the 100th anniversary of the 1924 British Mount Everest expedition during which Man Bahadur and Lance-Naik Shamsherpun tragically died and George Mallory and Andrew Irvine disappeared pushing for the summit.
