Simon will lead us to the Boulders of granite inscribed at the behest of Reverend Bray. In 2022 Simon was given permission by the farmer to visit the land to examine the stones. Several days were spent searching out and uncovering these mysterious carvings which were the topic of his online talk in January.

About the speaker

Simon Dell, MBE is one of the most sought-after public speakers and field guide with a range of themes from his vast historical knowledge of Dartmoor, Lundy and local policing. He is a very keen walking guide giving fellow walkers a greater understanding of the environment around them and bringing each and every walk/field day alive.
