We know that when planning fieldwork there is a lot to think about. This free online event is an introduction to geographical enquiry (key stage 3 to key stage 5). During this 90-minute, after-school session for early career teachers we will share information and resources to help with:
- Promoting and identifying fieldwork opportunities throughout the curriculum
- Primary vs secondary data
- Quantitative vs qualitative data
During the session, we will share expert advice to support your fieldwork journey and answer your queries. We will provide structured support and ideas to try back at school.
This event is run in collaboration with the Field Studies Council, who aim to build confidence and create a toolkit of resources to help newer geography teachers to deliver fieldwork.
