Climate change is a global problem. So can international organisations such as the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund have an impact on it, and how does this compare with the efforts of national and local governments and agencies.
About the speaker
Dr Liam Clegg is a Senior Lecturer in Department of Politics and International Relations at the University of York. He has recently co-authored, with Julio Galindo-Gatierrez, a book for Oxford University Press, entitled Institutions for climate finance.
