Join the Society’s Geography and Education Research Group for an upcoming event dedicated to teaching and learning in geography (and allied disciplines) in higher education.

This event will:

  • Celebrate teaching and learning and showcase the range of scholarship activities that are taking place across the community.
  • Collaborate: provide opportunities for members of the community to identify others who might be working in similar areas of Geography Education or Scholarship of Teaching and Learning (SoTL).
  • Reflect on research or SoTL practice and identify key facilitators supporting our work.

Attendees can expect short talks, open discussions, and opportunities to connect with others passionate about geography education.

During the event, Dr Pauline Couper (York St John University) will be delivering a short keynote speech as part of this event.
