A guided tour of the ambitious nature recovery plans for Skiddaw Forest currently being implemented by Cumbria Wildlife Trust.

Previously a remote and treeless tract of open fell, moorland and bog, including three well-known Lakeland summits, the 1,200-hectare site is being transformed through the planting of over 400,000 trees to form a new temperate rainforest.
