Amelia is a history undergraduate at Lincoln College, Oxford University, currently researching women in the French Resistance. She has spent the last two years as an OCdt at the Oxford University Officers' Training Corps.
In her time at the OTC, she has been pushed out of her comfort zone, taking part in exciting opportunities including the Nijmegen Marches, and Exercise Cambrian Patrol, and building resilience and leadership skills. Most recently Amelia took part in an expedition to Nepal, summiting Lobuche East, a 6,000m peak.
She is looking forward to her next challenge: rowing the Atlantic next year as part of the Force Atlantic ‘26 team.
