Ben Warnick is an experienced sailor and expedition leader whose adventures have taken him across oceans and continents. Beginning with yacht racing and evolving into more adventurous cruising, his journeys span the globe - with highlights including the icy waters of Greenland’s west coast and the rugged shores of eastern Canada.
In recent years, Ben has focused on making adventurous sailing more accessible to young adults, organising expeditions to remote locations such as Finland, Norway, and the Azores. He has worked to secure funding for these trips, making the challenge of offshore sailing more accessible.
Beyond the sea, Ben’s adventures have mostly been on two wheels. He has bikepacked around Iceland and from London to Santiago de Compostela. By motorbike he has explored Southeast Asia, venturing far off the beaten track. He also enjoys bouldering but hasn't quite got the hang of it yet!
When not out and about, Ben works in shipping technology so spends far too long thinking about boats!
