Caroline is a conservation biologist and project manager who has spent numerous years working in Africa setting up research projects, as well as supporting local scientists worldwide to conserve endangered and critically endangered species in their home countries.
In 2024 Caroline moved across to marine expeditions to work as part of the Ocean Census team, where her role as the senior expedition project manager involves her in all aspects of expeditions around the globe from budgets to health and safety. Caroline works in conjunction with The Ocean Census partners and other organisations to ensure expeditions can be completed as smoothly as possible.
Outside of work she is an international triathlete representing GBR in both European and World Championships.
