Graeme Gourlay is the editor and publisher of Geographical, the magazine of the Royal Geographical Society. He is the founder and chairman of Syon Publishing. Before setting up his own publishing company, he was Assistant Editor and News Editor of The Sunday Times.
He started his career as a reporter on regional newspapers in Bristol, Brighton and London, and subsequently worked for a number of national titles as a reporter and executive.
