Munro Moffat is a doctor that works primarily in emergency medicine and holds a diploma in tropical medicine and hygiene. With a special interest in low resource and rural settings, he has worked in Zambia, Gambia, and most recently Japan.
He has spent a year working for the Icelandic Red Cross where he assisted with the resettlement of refugees, and has completed several expeditions including cycling the length of Madagascar and crossing the interior of Iceland by foot.
More recently he has stepped into the world of expedition medicine, supporting teams up mountains such as Kilimanjaro.
