Zack is an Army Reservist who has extensive experience leading military adventurous training expeditions. He works closely with Officer Cadets, who are typically aged 18-23 and at the outset of their military careers.

In this role, Zack helps facilitate personal and professional development through controlled exposure to risk, using challenging environments to develop attributes including teamwork, leadership, and resilience.

At the Society in 2025, Zack will draw on his recent expedition to Lobuche East, a 6,000m peak in Nepal, to share practical insights into planning and leading successful expeditions.
