Eligibility
Expeditions should take place in mountain regions and have exploration (the acquisition of new knowledge) as their main purpose. Grants are open to British, New Zealand and Nepali mountaineers and scientists.
Grant focus
Mountain regions, scientific expeditions, first ascents, or major new routes on high and remote mountains, education and research across a wide range of subjects including geography, glaciology, and the effects of altitude.
