Dr J D Williamson, Jonathan to his family and friends, has been taking photographs since his primary school days, initially focusing on the natural world he loves so much. Now, as an NHS anaesthetist, Jon also teaches as faculty on multiple expedition medicine focused courses, with Endeavour Medical, as well as bespoke training for the military. Expedition experience and skills include: trekking at high altitude in cold and warm climates, Advanced PADI diving, Rock climbing, Kite Surfing, Skiing and Ski Touring. Jon is in his third year as an official Nikon Creator with Nikon Europe, with interests in Medical and Adventure Photography.
