Jonny takes a systems thinking and transformative perspective on complexity driven issues, with much of his work spent facilitating change processes alongside Bounce Beyond - a globally oriented initiative at the cutting edge of the “how” of systemic transformation. He has recently co-initiated Venture Shift, a new change initiative within the Outdoor Industry – with an aim of ensuring that those working within the outdoor sector become more collaborative, systems oriented, and diverse in the face of uncertainty and future disruption.
Jonny holds an MSc in Environmental Leadership and Management from the University of Nottingham, a BSc in Physical Geography, and more recently has studied Systems Change at the School of System Change. He is a keen adventurer, triathlete, and musician.
