
Claire Andrews
Claire Andrews is a Time to Think Coach, Teacher and Global Faculty Member. Trained by Nancy Kline, she teaches, coaches and facilitates in the Thinking Environment for a wide range of public, corporate and not-for-profit organizations, including Oxford University, Save the Children and the NHS.
Claire has been working with individuals and teams in a Thinking Environment for nearly 20 years - to inspire fresh thinking, enable good leadership and build positive work and educational cultures.
The Thinking Environment is fundamental to all Claire’s work. Originated by Nancy Kline and developed through more than 35 years of practice worldwide, it is a radical approach to personal and organisational development that dramatically improves collaboration, clarity and courageous thinking in complex times.
Claire was one of the first women to graduate from Magdalen College, Oxford, UK and the first graduate trainee in Blackwell Publishing progressing to the main board.
She is a volunteer facilitator for the Windsor Leadership Trust and previously mentor on the Pathway to Success Leadership Programme, a ground-breaking initiative led by Operation Black Vote with Magdalen College, the Blavatnik School of Government and Lloyds to encourage more diverse political leadership in the UK.
