Conference dates and times

The Annual International Conference 2025 will start at 6.00pm on Tuesday 26 August 2025, and will end at 6.30pm on Friday 29 August 2025.

A conference opening plenary event and drinks reception will be held on the evening of Tuesday 26 August 2025 (about 6.00pm). All registered delegates are welcome to join.

Delegate registration (collection of name badges) will be open from noon on Tuesday in the Teaching and Learning Building foyer.

Structure of the conference day

Sessions and papers may be scheduled in any of the timeslots between 9.00am on Wednesday 27 August and 6.30pm on Friday 29 August.

Session start and end times are as follows:

• Session one: 9.00am-10.40am
• Refreshment break: 10.40am-11.10am
• Session two: 11.10am-12.50pm
• Plenary/lunch: 1.10pm-2.25pm
• Session three: 2.40pm-4.20pm
• Refreshment break: 4.20pm-4.50pm
• Session four: 4.50pm-6.30pm
• Evening usually 6.45pm onwards (please see individual listings for details)
