Transport Geography Research Group Hay Award
The Transport Geography Research Group Committee invites nominations from TGRG Members who are Society Members or Fellows for the Hay Award.
This award has been presented since 2008, in memory of one of Europe’s most distinguished transport geographers – Professor Alan Hay – and is awarded for significant or outstanding contributions to transport geography.
Transport geographers 'from throughout Europe' are eligible for this award. This means transport geographers who are either a national of a country within Europe (the continent) or who work at a European institution, or both.
