The PGRG Joanna Stillwell Prize undergraduate prize carries an award of £100 and is a great way for showcase and celebrate excellent student work.
The committee are happy to consider dissertations focused on a range of issues that are broadly relevant to population geography. These may include, but are not limited to:
- Segregation
- Integration
- Forced migration
- Gentrification
- Fertility
- Mortality
- Migration policy
- Residential mobility
- The migration – development nexus
- Environmental migration
- International Student Mobility
We can only accept one submission per institution and submissions should be sent directly to: hebe.nicholson@hutton.ac.uk
The deadline for submissions is extended until the 8th July 2024.
Please also note that we also offer the Bob Woods Postgraduate Dissertation Prize on the same terms. The deadline for this prize is in the winter and a reminder will be circulated closer to the time.
