Population Geography Research Group (PopGRG) - Joanna Stillwell Prize

The PGRG Joanna Stillwell Prize undergraduate prize carries an award of £100 and is a great way for showcase and celebrate excellent student work.

The committee are happy to consider dissertations focused on a range of issues that are broadly relevant to population geography. These may include, but are not limited to:

  • Forced migration
  • Gentrification
  • Fertility
  • Mortality
  • Migration policy
  • Residential mobility
  • The migration-development nexus
  • Environmental migration
  • International Student Mobility

Please use this form to submit your student's dissertation for consideration for this prize. You will be asked to submit the dissertation itself via email to rhed@rgs.org

Deadline for submissions: 15 July.

Please also note that we also offer the Bob Woods Postgraduate Dissertation Prize on the same terms. The deadline for this prize is in the winter and a reminder will be circulated closer to the time.
