In an I’m a… live chat, your students lead the conversation, asking the questions that are most important to them. The text-based platform gives every student an equal voice, from the most confident to the most shy. The activity engages 89% of students taking part.
During the activity, students:
- Explore profiles and CVs of up to 40 people who use geography in their careers.
- Connect with a diverse range of geographers in 30-minute, text-based, online chats.
- Deepen their understanding by sending follow-up questions on the Ask page.
- Cast their vote to decide which geographer they want to win the £500 prize.
- Review and reflect on their learning through a facilitated discussion.
