Outreach offering
The School of Geography and Environmental Science offers a range of activities and events to support the wider universities outreach activities. These include subject taster days and school/college visit days, either in-person or online. More information can be found here.

Public engagement activities
British Science Festival
The University of Southampton will be hosting the British Science Festival in September 2026. This is a publicly accessible festival with a programme featuring roughly 100 free events, exhibitions, performances and installations that celebrate the people, stories and ideas at the heart of science.
