Step 2: Upload your files
Thank you for submitting your entry details.
Please upload your entry files using the relevant link below.
Entrants' names and school names must not be written anywhere on submissions.
All files must be clearly named as follows before submission:
Submission code* - Student's initials (use middle name initial too if there are any duplicates)
e.g. 2AR-14-03-GM-HS.pdf
*Submission code: Last three (3) characters of your school postcode - Submission day - Submission month - Teacher's initials, e.g. 2AR-14-03-GM
Failure to label files clearly may result in submissions not being considered. Entries should be uploaded in one batch per school.
ArcGIS StoryMaps should be provided as a hyperlink in a PDF, with your unique file name (see above), a title and brief description less than 60 words in the document (not included in the overall word count). You must test that the link opens for anyone, without being signed in, before it is submitted.
Students should ideally upload their completed essay as a PDF, though we will also accept Word documents.
The link below will take you to the upload folder. We suggest that you copy the link to the folder and save it for future reference in case you have any issues when uploading or you are not ready to upload the files in the required format.
