Exhibitors are invited to join delegates at the Annual International Conference at the Society, from 28 to 30 August 2024. Exhibitor packages include staff attendance and exhibitor space.
We are delighted to announce details of exhibitor options for the upcoming RGS-IBG Annual International Conference 2024. Prices are inclusive of VAT. To book any of these packages, please complete and return a copy of this form to ac2024@rgs.org.

Basic Package - £675
This includes:

Advert only - £300

Extras (can only be added to an existing package)

Key information

There is no charge for including a named lecture on the programme.

For exhibitors wishing to hold an in-person networking event (e.g. a book launch or drinks reception), prices are available on request. No room hire fee will be charged, but catering costs must be covered by the organising exhibitor.

Publishers wishing to purchase conference attendance only are directed to the conference registration pages.

We will not be offering printed programme books or delegate packs at this year's conference.
Cancellations
Exhibitor packages for the conference are non-refundable except in the circumstances of the Society having to cancel the conference and/or the in-person event. In such circumstances we would either convert your booking to a virtual one or refund your booking.
About the conference
The three-day Annual International Conference of the RGS-IBG attracts over 2,000 geographers from around the world. The conference programme normally includes more than 400 sessions contributed to by over 1,500 presenters. Approximately 30% of attendees are from outside the UK, with half of these from the European Union.
