We are delighted to announce details of exhibitor options for the upcoming Annual International Conference 2026. Prices are inclusive of VAT.

Available exhibitor packages

Standard Package - £1,025

This includes:

• 1 x table/space
• 2 x three-day staff pass (three-day in-person attendance and virtual access)
• 1 x advert (will go to conference mailing list and be included in conference programme app)

Basic Package - £775

This includes:

• 1 x table/space
• 1 x three-day staff pass (three-day in-person attendance and virtual access)
• 1 x advert (will go to conference mailing list and be included in conference programme app)

Advert only - £325

• 1 x advert (will go to conference mailing list and be included in conference programme app)

Extras (can only be added to an existing package)

• Extra table/space - £515
• Extra advert - £270
• Extra three-day staff pass (three-day in-person attendance and virtual registration) - £300
• Extra one-day staff pass (one-day in-person attendance and virtual registration) - £150

Key information

• There is no charge for including a named lecture on the programme.
• For exhibitors wishing to hold an in-person networking event (e.g. a book launch or drinks reception), prices are available on request. No room hire fee will be charged, but catering costs must be covered by the organising exhibitor.
• Publishers wishing to purchase conference attendance only are directed to the conference registration pages.
• We will not be offering printed programme books or delegate packs at this year's conference.

Cancellations

Exhibitor packages for the conference are non-refundable except in the circumstances of the Society having to cancel the conference and/or the in-person event. In such circumstances we would either convert your booking to a virtual one or refund your booking.
