Working with students: communication, assessment and feedback
Presented by Dr Simon Tate (Newcastle University) and Dr Lynda Yorke (Bangor University) at the Royal Geographical Society (with IBG) 'New to Teaching in GEES: Postgraduates who teach' workshops, Liverpool and Newcastle, October 2019. This session explores how to engage effectively with students in the classroom, as well as key issues around formative and summative assessments and feedback.
